Decide for me provides 14 free online tools for making random decisions: decision wheel, coin flip, dice roller, name pickers, magic 8-ball style oracle, random number generator, and more. The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Decide for me for personal and non-critical commercial purposes. You may NOT:
- Use the service for legal, medical, financial, or otherwise binding decisions
- Reverse-engineer, copy the source code, or redistribute the service without authorization
- Mass-scrape or automate access to the content
- Interfere with the normal operation of the service or its servers
- Use the service for illegal activities
3. Random results
Results produced by Decide for me are generated using the browser's Math.random(), a pseudo-random function suitable for entertainment but NOT cryptographically secure. They should not be used for purposes where cryptographic randomness is essential, such as:
- Official prize draws with legal value
- Regulated lotteries or gambling
- Random selection with significant economic value
- Judicial or audit processes
4. Limited liability
We are not responsible for the decisions you make based on Decide for me's results. The tools are for entertainment and to help you break out of indecision. Use them with common sense.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
5. Intellectual property
The "Decide for me" name, the website's visual design, and the brand are property of the operator. The game code is publicly available on GitHub. Emoji icons are part of the Unicode standard and are free to use.
6. Advertising
Decide for me may display third-party ads (Google AdSense or others) to keep the service free. We are not responsible for the content of ads displayed.
7. Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or shut down the service without prior notice. We may also update these terms; continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
